Processing

Every creature is printed, finished, inspected, and packed by hand in Visalia, CA. Allow 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

Multi-item orders ship as one combined parcel with one shipping fee and one tracking number. Free shipping unlocks at cart checkout once your subtotal qualifies (currently $35).

Once your package leaves Visalia, typical transit within the US is 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (or an equivalent ground service).

Returns & damage

If a creature arrives damaged or defective, email hello@cadencecreatures.com within 7 days with photos of the piece and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because every creature is handcrafted in small batches, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind — please look closely at the photos and details before ordering. Pocket creature colors may vary.
